Enovation Factory and UNDP Cameroon Launch the Call for Applications for Phase 2 of the Scale 32 Program

After supporting an initial cohort of innovative Cameroonian startups, the Enovation Factory startup incubator, in partnership with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP Cameroon), is officially launching the call for applications for Phase 2 of the Scale 32 program.

This new phase is part of an ongoing initiative aimed at sustainably strengthening Cameroon’s entrepreneurial ecosystem by supporting startups with high growth potential. Through a structured program combining training, mentoring, personalized coaching, networking, and growth preparation, Scale 32 aims to empower entrepreneurs to turn their ambitions into strong, innovative, and sustainable businesses.

A Greater Focus on Women Entrepreneurs and Regional Diversity

Building on the experience gained from the first cohort, this new phase continues the program’s rollout while strengthening certain strategic aspects—notably the representation of women entrepreneurs and greater geographic diversity—to enable talented individuals from all regions of Cameroon to benefit from this support.

Who is this program for?

Scale 32 is designed for innovative Cameroonian startups with strong growth potential, whether they are in the incubation or acceleration phase.

The selected companies will receive intensive support from experts, mentors, and experienced entrepreneurs, as well as exclusive access to a network of investors, institutional partners, and key players in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
