Depending on the specific characteristics of the project and its stage of maturity, the Enovation Factory team works with the founder to create a personalized 6-month support program.

Your support journey
Our support programs are structured around a mandatory weekly day of hands-on, in-person workshops at our campus.
Participation in these sessions is required for all entrepreneurs in each cohort.

This framework is enhanced by one-on-one coaching sessions, mentoring modules, and privileged access to our events, analysis clinics, and strategic resources.

Remote sessions may be offered on an exceptional basis. However, in-person attendance remains strongly recommended to ensure full immersion in our ecosystem.

This program is for founders who have not yet finalized their business project.
These startups in the ideation and creation stage need comprehensive support for both their initial thinking and their strategy and execution.
The key features and support provided by this program are as follows:
Workspace
Accepted startups receive a dedicated workspace, offering a physical location to work and collaborate with other entrepreneurs.
Mentorship and guidance
Experienced mentors and advisors are assigned to startups to provide guidance, industry expertise, and follow-up support. These mentors are seasoned entrepreneurs, industry professionals, experts, trainers, or investors who can offer valuable insights and support.
Networking opportunities
The program provides access to a network of entrepreneurs, investors, industry experts, and potential partners.
Training and workshops
The program offers workshops, seminars, and educational sessions to give founders the skills and knowledge they need to build and grow their projects. Topics include design thinking, business development, marketing, finance, legal matters, and product and service development to help them finalize a business plan, an MVP (Minimum Viable Product), and a commercial and marketing strategy.
Funding and investment
The program helps startups secure investment by connecting them with investors, venture capital firms, and other funding sources. It helps prepare and pitch investment proposals.
Duration and graduation
The program lasts 6 months. Upon completion, startups are ready to operate independently.

This program is for founders who have finalized their business project.
These entrepreneurs in the acceleration stage need support focused on the development and expansion of their organization.
The key features and support provided by this program are as follows:

Accepted startups receive a dedicated workspace, offering a physical location to work and collaborate with other entrepreneurs.
Specialized mentoring
Startups receive intensive mentoring from industry experts, business leaders, and experienced professionals. These mentors provide strategic advice, industry expertise, and valuable connections to help startups overcome sector-specific challenges.
Access to resources and infrastructure
The Cracker program provides access to specialized resources and infrastructure within the innovation center, such as workspaces and connection to various expert communities.
Networking and partnerships
Start-ups are put in touch with industry experts, investors, potential partners and other start-ups in this ecosystem. This enables them to establish business relationships, collaborate and benefit from synergies with other players in the sector.
Specialized training and workshops
The Cracker program offers specific training and workshops focused on common challenges faced by fast-growing startups. These sessions cover topics such as digitization, new technology integration, marketing, financing, human resources, soft skills, and more.
Access to investors
The Cracker programme facilitates access to investors by organising pitch events and connecting start-ups with networks of investors interested in funding opportunities.
