Scale 32 brings together Enovation Factory's two flagship programs:

Newbie — Incubation

For Project Leaders

Designed for project leaders and early-stage startups still in the development phase. The support focuses in particular on understanding the market, customer discovery, defining the business model, and validating the MVP.

Cracker — Acceleration

For Growing Startups

Designed for startups that are already up and running and looking to take their business to the next level. Participants focus on areas such as growth, automation, data-driven decision-making, business structuring, and preparing for investment.

The goal is not merely to impart knowledge, but to help each entrepreneur achieve tangible results: better understand their market, structure their business, expand their customer base, improve their management tools, and strengthen their ability to present their project to partners or investors.

Local expertise, global reach

Scale 32 is based on the complementary nature of two players with different strengths.

Enovation Factory

An active participant in Cameroon’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. Oversees the design and implementation of support programs, drawing on experience gained from working with several cohorts of entrepreneurs.

UNDP Cameroon

A development partner with strong institutional capacity and an international network. In particular, it contributes to the co-financing of the program and helps open up various opportunities.
