Internal regulations

Article 1: REFERENCES

These Internal Regulations are established in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 90-53 of December 19, 1990, on freedom of association, and in accordance with Article 29 of Law No. 92/007 of August 14, 1992, on the Labor Code, as well as the following implementing regulations, notably Order No. 007/MTLS/DEGRE of June 17, 1968, relating to the procedures for communication, filing, and posting of internal regulations required by the labor code.

Article 2: PURPOSE

The purpose of these Regulations is to establish rules relating to the technical organization of work, disciplinary standards and procedures, as well as health and safety guidelines within Enovation Factory facilities.

SPECIFIC PROVISIONS FOR RESIDENTS

SECTION I: RESIDENT OBLIGATIONS

Article 3: RESPECT FOR PROPERTY AND EQUIPMENT

Residents agree to respect the property and equipment provided to them during their stay on campus.
This includes premises, materials, tools, computer equipment, and any other property belonging to Enovation Factory.
Any damage or deterioration caused by a resident will be considered a breach of community rules and may lead to disciplinary action.

Article 4: USE OF SOCIAL MEDIA AND DIGITAL TOOLS

Residents agree to use social networks and digital tools in a responsible and ethical manner. This includes the prohibition of spreading inappropriate content, cyberbullying other residents or staff members, and compromising the security of IT systems. Any violation of these rules may lead to disciplinary action.

SECTION II: BROADCASTING OF AUDIOVISUAL CONTENT

Article 5: IMAGE RIGHTS OF ENOVATION FACTORY

Enovation Factory reserves the right to film and take images across all its spaces as part of its activities.
This includes, but is not limited to:

• Events;
• Workshops;
• Conferences;
• Coworking spaces;
• Any other activity organized or hosted by Enovation Factory.

These recordings may be used for promotional and communication purposes across various media, including:

• Website;
• Social media;
• Brochures;
• Audiovisual media.

Article 6: RIGHT TO IMAGE FOR RESIDENTS AND VISITORS

Any image and video capture carried out by members, startups, partners, or visitors for publication on public platforms or for external communication purposes must comply with the following conditions:

• Prior submission: Content must be submitted for prior approval to the Enovation Factory marketing and communications teams
• Written authorization: No public broadcast may take place without written authorization from the Enovation Factory teams

Article 7: CONTENT COMPLIANCE

The Enovation Factory marketing and communications teams will evaluate the compliance of the content based on the following criteria:

• Respect for the values and image of Enovation Factory;
• Relevance of the content to communication goals;
• Absence of any inappropriate elements or anything that could harm the reputation of the organization or its partners.

Article 8: PENALTIES

Any failure to comply with these rules may result in penalties:

• Warnings;
• Temporary or permanent expulsion;
• Legal action in the event of proven damage.

SECTION III: ENTRY INTO FORCE

Article 9: DRESS CODE

Residents are encouraged to maintain clean, professional attire that respects the working environment.
Clothing must be appropriate for a professional setting, avoiding any inappropriate or distracting attire that could disrupt the work of other members. Enovation Factory reserves the right to ask a resident to change their attire if these standards are not met.

Article 10: CHILDREN NOT ALLOWED

To guarantee an optimal and secure working environment, children are strictly not allowed in the coworking spaces. Enovation Factory cannot be held responsible for any accidents or damage caused by the presence of children. Residents must ensure that their children are not on the premises at any time.

Article 11: SAFETY AND HYGIENE

Residents must comply with the health and safety rules in force within the coworking space. This includes the proper use of equipment, waste management, and the prevention of health risks. Premises must be kept clean and orderly. Failure to comply with safety instructions may result in disciplinary action.

Article 12: USE OF COMMON AREAS

Common areas must be shared respectfully. Each resident agrees to use these areas in an orderly manner, clean up after each use, and respect availability hours. Residents must also comply with the rules regarding the use of shared facilities such as meeting rooms and lounge areas.

Article 13: RESPECT FOR OTHERS AND QUIETNESS

As part of a collaborative workspace, residents must respect the peace and quiet of others. The use of electronic devices and phone calls should be kept at a moderate level and must not disturb other members of the coworking space. Enovation Factory encourages the use of headphones for conference calls and video meetings.

SECTION VI: COMING INTO FORCE

Article 14: APPROVAL AND IMPLEMENTATION

These internal rules aim to ensure a respectful and productive working environment for all Enovation Factory members. Any violation of these rules may result in appropriate disciplinary action.

These internal rules will come into effect after approval by the competent administrative authority. They repeal and replace all previous provisions.

The signature date below marks their entry into force.
