Rules of procedure
Article 1: REFERENCES
These internal regulations have been drawn up in accordance with the provisions of law no. 90-53 of December 19, 1990 on freedom of association, article 29 of law no. 92/007 of August 14, 1992 on the Labor Code, and the regulations set out below for its application, in particular order no. 007/MTLS/DEGRE of June 17, 1968 on the procedures for communicating, filing and posting the internal regulations provided for in the Labor Code.
Article 2: PURPOSE
The purpose of these regulations is to lay down the rules governing the technical organization of work, disciplinary standards and procedures, and health and safety requirements within Enovation Factory facilities.
SPECIFIC PROVISIONS FOR RESIDENTS
SECTION I: RESIDENTS' OBLIGATIONS
Article 3: RESPECT FOR PROPERTY AND EQUIPMENT
Residents agree to respect the property and equipment made available to them as part of their stay on campus.
This includes premises, materials, tools, computer equipment and any other property belonging to Enovation Factory.
Any damage or deterioration caused by a resident will be considered a breach of community rules and may result in sanctions.
Article 4: USE OF SOCIAL NETWORKS AND DIGITAL TOOLS
Residents agree to use social networks and digital tools responsibly and ethically. This includes refraining from disseminating inappropriate content, cyberharassing other residents or staff members, and compromising the security of computer systems. Failure to comply with these rules may result in sanctions.
SECTION II: DISTRIBUTION OF AUDIOVISUAL CONTENT
Article 5: IMAGE RIGHTS OF ENOVATION FACTORY
Enovation Factory reserves the right to film and capture images on all of its spaces as part of its activities.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Events ;
- Workshops ;
- Conferences ;
- Co-working spaces ;
- Any other activity organized or hosted by Enovation Factory.
These recordings may be used for promotional and communication purposes on various media, in particular :
- Website ;
- Social networks ;
- Brochures ;
- Audiovisual media.
Article 6: IMAGE RIGHTS OF RESIDENTS AND OUTSIDENTS
All image and video capture by members, startups, partners or visitors, for distribution on public platforms or for external communication purposes, must comply with the following conditions:
- Pre-submission: Content must be submitted to Enovation Factory's marketing and communications teams for prior approval.
- Written authorization: No public distribution may take place without written authorization from the Enovation Factory teams.
Article 7: CONFORMITY OF CONTENTS
Enovation Factory's marketing and communications teams will assess content compliance according to the following criteria:
- Respect for Enovation Factory's values and image;
- Relevance of content to communication objectives ;
- Absence of anything inappropriate or likely to damage the image of the support structure or its partners.
Article 8: PENALTIES
Failure to comply with these obligations may result in sanctions:
- Warnings ;
- Temporary or permanent exclusion ;
- Legal action in the event of proven damage.
SECTION III: EFFECTIVE DATE
Article 9: DRESS CODE
Residents are asked to dress cleanly, professionally and respectfully of the working environment.
Clothing must be appropriate for a professional setting and avoid any inappropriate, disturbing or disruptive attire. Enovation Factory reserves the right to ask a resident to change his/her attire if these standards are not respected.
Article 10: NO CHILDREN ACCESS
To guarantee an optimal and safe working environment, children are strictly forbidden in coworking spaces. Enovation Factory cannot be held responsible for any accident or damage caused by the presence of children. Residents must ensure that their children are not on the premises at any time.
Article 11: SAFETY AND HYGIENE
Residents must comply with the health and safety rules in force in the coworking space. This includes proper use of equipment, waste management and prevention of health risks. The premises must be kept clean and tidy. Failure to comply with safety instructions may result in sanctions.
Article 12: USE OF COMMON AREAS
Common areas must be shared respectfully. Each resident undertakes to use these areas in an orderly fashion, to clean up after each use and to respect the hours of availability. Residents must also respect the rules governing the use of shared facilities such as meeting rooms and relaxation areas.
Article 13: RESPECT FOR NEIGHBOURS AND SILENCE
As part of a collaborative working environment, residents must respect each other's right to quiet. The use of electronic devices and telephone conversations should be kept to a minimum and should not disturb other members of the coworking space. Enovation Factory encourages the use of headphones for conferences and video calls.
SECTION VI: EFFECTIVE DATE
Article 14: APPROVAL AND IMPLEMENTATION
These rules and regulations are intended to ensure a respectful and productive working environment for all Enovation Factory members. Any breach of these rules may result in appropriate sanctions.
The present internal regulations will come into force once they have been approved by the competent administrative authority. They abrogate and replace all previous provisions.
