NEWBIE

This program is aimed at entrepreneurs who have not yet finalized their business plans. The main aim of the Newbie program is to accelerate the growth and success of incubatees at the ideation stage, by offering them a favorable environment and access to a wide range of resources.
The key features and support provided by this program are as follows:
Workspace
Admitted start-ups benefit from a dedicated workspace, offering a physical place to work and collaborate with other entrepreneurs.
Mentoring and guidance
Experienced mentors and advisors are assigned to startups to provide advice, sector expertise and follow-up. These mentors are seasoned entrepreneurs, industry professionals, experts and trainers, or investors able to offer valuable insights and support.
Networking opportunities
The program offers access to a network of entrepreneurs, investors, industry experts and potential partners.
Training and workshops
The program offers workshops, seminars and educational sessions to equip project leaders with the skills and knowledge they need to build and develop their projects. Topics covered include design thinking, business development, marketing, finance, legal aspects and the development of their products and services in order to finalize a business plan, MVP (Minimum Viable Product) and sales and marketing strategy.
Financing and investment
The program helps start-ups secure investment by putting them in touch with investors, venture capitalists and other funding sources. It helps prepare and present investment proposals.
Duration and scaling
The program lasts 6 months. At the end of the program, start-ups are considered ready to operate independently.

CRACKER

This program is aimed at project leaders who have finalized their business plans. The Cracker program, also known as the Business Accelerator, is an initiative designed to help start-ups grow by providing intensive support, specialized resources and accelerated development opportunities. Unlike the Newbie program, this program focuses on established, operational start-ups, rather than early-stage ideas or projects.
The key features and support provided by this program are as follows:

Admitted start-ups benefit from a dedicated workspace, offering a physical place to work and collaborate with other entrepreneurs.
Specialized mentoring
Start-ups benefit from intensive mentoring by industry experts, business leaders and seasoned professionals. These mentors provide strategic advice, industry expertise and valuable connections to help start-ups meet the challenges specific to their sector.
Access to resources and infrastructure
The Cracker program offers access to specialized resources and infrastructure within the innovation center, such as a Creative Room, a Capture Studio, workspaces and access to diverse communities of experts.
Networking and partnerships
Start-ups are put in touch with industry experts, investors, potential partners and other start-ups in this ecosystem. This enables them to establish business relationships, collaborate and benefit from synergies with other players in the sector.
Training and specialized workshops
The Cracker program offers specific training and workshops focusing on the common challenges faced by start-ups in their rapid growth phase. These sessions cover topics such as digitalization, integration of new technologies, marketing, financing, human resources management, soft skills, etc.
Access to investors
The Cracker program facilitates access to investors by organizing pitch events and putting start-ups in touch with networks of investors interested in funding opportunities.
Business model validation
Start-ups work on validating and improving their business plan, adapting their value proposition, exploring new markets or refining their commercial strategy under the supervision of mentors and experts.
Duration and scaling
The program lasts 6 months. At the end of the program, startups are considered ready to accelerate independently.
